Physicians' Health Network is an affiliation of physicians and allied health professionals serving Sheboygan, Calumet, Fond du Lac, Manitowoc, and Ozaukee Counties. Since its inception in 1987, PHN has grown to include over 150 independent, local primary and specialty care physicians and other healthcare professionals.

PHN emphasizes primary care—family practice, internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics and gynecology. PHN providers believe that the best medical care depends on the fundamental bond developed between patient and doctor. This relationship allows PHN professionals to know and meet the needs of patients as unique individuals, as whole persons.

PHN is committed to maintaining the highest standards of practice and is working continuously to improve quality. On-going quality activities include credentialing, physician and staff education, consumer surveys, and the development of improved information systems.

PHN offers medical practice that works—emphasizing preventive medicine and patient education, optimizing appropriate referrals to other specialties of medicine, and utilizing the best acute care and tertiary care facilities and resources available.
